How an engagement works

Scoping call. A faculty coordinator discusses requirements, data and timelines with you.
Proposal. You receive the scope, team, timeline and fee in writing.
Delivery. A faculty-led team, often with student researchers, does the work and reports progress.
Handover. You receive the results, a report and any code or drawings agreed in the proposal.

An AI-powered customer-support chatbot and Instagram operations system for a food business. The system answers customer questions using only approved business knowledge and hands over to a human whenever a question needs one.
- Controlled RAG/LLM chatbot designed never to invent prices, stock, shelf life or delivery promises
- Instagram replies that recognise which post, reel or Story the customer is responding to
- Safe human handoff with owner notifications
- Privacy safeguards with hashed customer identifiers in logs
- Over 2,400 automated tests and staged releases before every production update
